For the purposes of this Notice, “personal data” means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data together with other information to which we have or are likely to have access.
Depending on the form, assessment or service used, personal data collected may include:
We generally collect personal data when it is voluntarily provided directly by you, provided by an authorised representative, submitted through a SingaporePR.sg form or Campaign, or where collection without consent is otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
Before or at the time personal data is collected, the applicable form or privacy notice will describe the purposes for which the information may be collected, used or disclosed.
Where required by applicable law, we will obtain additional consent before collecting additional personal data or using or disclosing personal data for a materially different purpose that has not previously been notified.
We may collect and use your personal data to:
Where you submit a form and consent to the applicable privacy notice, your personal data may be disclosed to one or more relevant service partners for the purposes described in this Notice.
Not every enquiry is provided to every Partner Organisation. The Partner Organisation receiving your enquiry may depend on the type of enquiry, Campaign, allocation rules, services relevant to your circumstances and the notice and consent applicable to your submission.
A Partner Organisation receiving your information may use the Lead Data only for the purpose or purposes for which it was disclosed and notified to you.

Where covered by the applicable notice and consent, your information may be disclosed to relevant financial institutions, financial advisers, insurers or other financial-service providers for purposes such as reviewing your financial circumstances, financial planning, financial preparedness, savings, protection, insurance, investments and related financial services.
SingaporePR.sg does not itself provide regulated financial advice merely by making such a referral. Use of a financial product or service does not guarantee, influence or assure approval of a Singapore immigration application.
Where covered by the applicable notice and consent, your information may also be disclosed to relevant providers of education and training, employment or career development, relocation, accommodation, settlement, professional or corporate services, and other services reasonably related to needs or circumstances identified through your enquiry.
Where an additional service involves a materially different purpose from the original immigration enquiry, any additional notification or consent required by applicable law will be obtained before disclosure.
Once personal data has been lawfully disclosed to a Partner Organisation, that organisation is independently responsible for its subsequent handling of the data, including its contact with you, further collection, use, communications, storage, security, retention, onward disclosure and compliance with applicable laws.
Partner Organisations receiving Lead Data through ImmigrationLeads.sg are required to use Lead Data only for permitted purposes, maintain reasonable security, comply with applicable data-protection and contact requirements, and not unlawfully sell, re-supply or disclose Lead Data to unrelated third parties.
Leads Paid does not control and is not responsible for the independent services, advice, statements, sales activities or subsequent data-processing activities of a Partner Organisation.
Where the consent presented at the time of submission expressly covers telephone or other contact, the receiving Partner Organisation may contact the number or communication channel you provided for the applicable purpose.
Where the consent expressly covers contact notwithstanding registration on the Singapore Do Not Call Registry, records relating to that consent may be maintained.
Otherwise, each Partner Organisation remains independently responsible for determining and complying with the Do Not Call requirements applicable to communications made or authorised by that Partner Organisation.
We may maintain records relating to your submission and consent, including:
These records may be used for administration, dispute resolution and compliance purposes.
The consent you provide remains valid until withdrawn, unless processing without consent is permitted or required by applicable law.
You may withdraw consent by contacting our Data Protection Officer in writing or by email using the contact details below.
Upon receiving a withdrawal request, we may inform you of the likely consequences of the withdrawal and will take reasonable steps to give effect to a valid request as soon as reasonably practicable.
Where your enquiry has already been lawfully disclosed to a Partner Organisation, that organisation is independently responsible for handling withdrawal or cessation-of-contact requests relating to its subsequent activities. Where reasonably necessary, Leads Paid may inform the relevant Partner Organisation of the withdrawal request.
Withdrawal does not affect lawful collection, use or disclosure occurring before the withdrawal took effect, or processing otherwise permitted or required by law.
You may contact our Data Protection Officer to request access to personal data in Leads Paid's possession or control, information about how that personal data was used or disclosed within the applicable period, or correction of an error or omission.
A reasonable fee may be charged for an access request where permitted by law. If a fee applies, we will inform you before processing the request.
We will respond as soon as reasonably possible. If we are unable to complete an access or correction request within 30 calendar days after receiving it, we will inform you in writing within that period of when we expect to respond.
Where information is independently held by a Partner Organisation, requests relating to that organisation's records should be directed to that Partner Organisation.
We generally rely on personal data provided by you or your authorised representative.
Where personal data in Leads Paid's possession or control is likely to be used to make a decision affecting you or disclosed to another organisation, reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances will be taken to ensure that the personal data is sufficiently accurate and complete.
You should notify us if personal data you have provided changes or is inaccurate.
We maintain reasonable administrative, physical and technical measures designed to protect personal data in our possession or control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks.
Measures may include, where appropriate, authentication and access controls, secure transmission, restricted administrative access, software/security updates, backups, logging and periodic review of security arrangements.
No method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We review security arrangements where reasonably appropriate.
After Lead Data is disclosed to a Partner Organisation, that Partner Organisation is independently responsible for protecting the copy of the data it holds.
We generally retain full identifiable Lead Data only for as long as reasonably necessary to process, deliver and administer the enquiry and to deal with lead-quality, replacement or dispute matters.
Unless a longer period is reasonably required for an active complaint, dispute, investigation, legal obligation or other legitimate business purpose, full identifiable Lead Data will normally be deleted or anonymised within 60 days after the enquiry is delivered to the relevant Partner Organisation.
Minimal records reasonably necessary to evidence the submission, consent, applicable consent or privacy-policy version, campaign source, delivery and related compliance matters may be retained for a longer period where reasonably necessary for legal, compliance, audit or dispute-resolution purposes.
Withdrawal or Do-Not-Contact records may be retained in a minimal form for as long as reasonably necessary to ensure the individual's request continues to be respected.
Partner Organisations are independently responsible for their own copies of Lead Data after receiving it.
Our systems, hosting providers or service providers may from time to time process or store personal data outside Singapore.
Where Leads Paid transfers personal data outside Singapore, we will take steps required under the PDPA to ensure that the transferred personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to that provided under the PDPA, unless an applicable exception applies.
Partner Organisations are independently responsible for overseas transfers subsequently undertaken by them.
If you provide personal data concerning another person, such as a spouse, sponsor or family member, you should only provide information that you are authorised to provide for the stated purpose.
Your consent does not automatically constitute consent on behalf of another person. A Partner Organisation should not treat another person's telephone number as carrying the same communication consent unless an appropriate basis exists.
In addition to disclosures to Partner Organisations, personal data may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:
Service providers engaged to support our operations are not authorised by us to use personal data for unrelated purposes.
We maintain processes for responding to suspected or confirmed personal-data breaches affecting data in Leads Paid's possession or control.
Where a breach is notifiable under applicable law, Leads Paid will make the notifications required of it.
Partner Organisations are independently responsible for breaches affecting copies of Lead Data within their possession or control.
SingaporePR.sg is not intended for a person below 13 years of age to independently submit personal data without appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
A person below 13 should not independently submit personal data through the site.
You may contact our Data Protection Officer regarding this Notice, access or correction requests, withdrawal of consent, privacy concerns or other personal-data matters.
